Got Paid ???

Got paid, i sure as hell havent and its been all month... What the hell huh.... Well i plan to screw my employer and here are my grounds and other agencies i can go through and laws on my side and you can tell me what you think.

An employer must establish a regular payday and pay employees at least twice a month. Payment must be in United States currency or by a check that, on demand, is convertible at face value into United States currency or by a voluntarily signed authorization by the employee for direct deposit.
The West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act requires the employer to:~• Have a payday at least once every two weeks. (Does not apply to railroad companies by special arrangement.)• Pay money in check or money order drawn on banks convenient to the place of work where arrangements have been made for cashing.• On discharge, pay all wages, including fringe benefits, within 72 hours of the last hour of employment.• Make known to all employees in writing or by accessible posted notice all employment practices and policies regarding vacation pay, sick leave and other fringe benefits.

A post with no name

I dont know what it is, maybe my memory but i remember a time when living was fun. There are so many things that as kids we go through and then again as an adult wishing to relive those moments of our past. I wish for so many things as to what i would do differently, i sure as hell didnt think i would have this baby and i never thought i would be where i am now. Its not that im unhappy i just miss things the way they use to be. Or maybe it boils down to the fact that people and society change regardless of whether we want them to or not, even now i find myself typing and im not a vocal person to express myself in this regard. We are always as a society trying to place the blame on others for things that we do now and in the past. What happened to Saturday Morning cartoons or TGIF for network TV ? What there is no market or nobody is home. I find that its not the norm anymore or anything, expectations of who we are or who people want us to be are completely crazy, i dont miss the person i was but i do miss the things that i did or the people who arent in my life that i wish were. Who's to say that after highschool everyone should just blow their heads off because there isnt anything for them, i guess thats why people do it but they choose to do that. I choose to live and be here, you choose to read this and take from it what you will, and what we choose to do determines the actions and events that make our lives.

Im 23 years old and i was a store manager in the washington dc regionand let me tell you that sucked. after 3 months in a crappy store iwas FORCED to take another store 50 miles away which i payed about$245 a month for gas that the company refused to help with... Next ihad 2 former employees get caught for stealing and during theinterview LP wanted me to sign a form saying what i saw, i never saw them steal and when the LP placed a form stating that i saw that and they wanted me to sign it i refused, after they didnt get the answer they wanted they threatened to fire me and i stood up and threw my store keys at them and toldthem to F*ck off i quit, and i walked out. my DM called my cell as iwas walking out of the regional office and asked me what was up theson of a bitch knew what was up, he was sucking ass as a DM and hethrew his crap to me and didnt back me up or support me so on thephone i cussed his ass out, what is really good is that he was firedand now works at best buy and when he left they openned up his webmail and there were my emails that i sent covering my ass,somehelp huh anyone need anything i still have access to material i worked there for 2 years and was a very good store manager for 8months.. As i see it if you can shoplift,steal, destroy anything do it to RadioShack. They dont care about the customers and they careless for their employees. And that is my offical statement...
