Got Paid ???

Got paid, i sure as hell havent and its been all month... What the hell huh.... Well i plan to screw my employer and here are my grounds and other agencies i can go through and laws on my side and you can tell me what you think.

Contact Brian Brooks @ Sprint The Maryland Wage, Payment and Collection Law, Title 3, Subtitle 5~ The Maryland Wage Payment and Collection Law requires every employer to pay workers all of their wages as promised. An employer must establish a regular payday and pay employees at least twice a month. Payment must be in United States currency or by a check that, on demand, is convertible at face value into United States currency or by a voluntarily signed authorization by the employee for direct deposit.
The West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act requires the employer to:~• Have a payday at least once every two weeks. (Does not apply to railroad companies by special arrangement.)• Pay money in check or money order drawn on banks convenient to the place of work where arrangements have been made for cashing.• On discharge, pay all wages, including fringe benefits, within 72 hours of the last hour of employment.• Make known to all employees in writing or by accessible posted notice all employment practices and policies regarding vacation pay, sick leave and other fringe benefits.
